ABEONA consult is a young & dynamic company specialized in developing smart products, software and services in the domains of transportation & traffic safety. ABEONA consult is a spin-off of theTransportation Research Institute (IMOB) at University of Hasselt.
We focus on collecting data from the crowd (=crowdsourcing). We create applications (mobile or web) that are linked on the generic crowdsourcing platform that is developed within the Transportation Research Institute (IMOB). Our speciality is collecting data about mobility issues. We analyze these mobility issues and together with the crowd we try to find a solution for these issues. Finally, we create an assessment with an analysis of all the collected data and we give advice about how the mobility situation can be improved.
